Abstract	:	Financing is critical to business startup and to ensuring the effective functioning and growth of the business. This study discussed the impact of entrepreneurial financing on business performance of poultry farms in Kwara State. It examined the effect of bootstrapping on productivity of new ventures in poultry business in Kwara State; and it established the effect of bank loans on the profitability of new ventures in poultry business; and also examined the effect of government grants on productivity of new ventures in poultry business; and it finally determined the effect of venture capital on the profitability of new ventures in poultry business in Kwara State. Survey research was adopted to examine the impact of entrepreneurial financing on business performance. The population for this study were Four Hundred and twenty-five (425) poultry farms in Kwara State. Two Hundred and six (206) sample size were selected using Taro Yamani formula. A 5 Point-Likert Scale Structured Questionnaire was adopted to collect data, the method of data analysis used was Linear Regression. The findings revealed that there is a significant effect between bootstrapping and productivity with a P-value of 0.004 and Beta 0.119, there is a significant effect between bank loans and profitability with P-value 0.000 and Beta 0.451, government grant has a significant effect on business productivity with P-value of 0.004 and Beta 0.089 and venture capital has a significant effect on profitability with P-value of 0.000 and Beta 0.558. The study concluded that bootstrapping has a significant effect on productivity of poultry farms in Kwara State, bank loans have significant effect on profitability of poultry farms in Kwara State, government grants has significant effect on business productivity of poultry farms in Kwara State, and venture capital has significant on profitability of poultry farms in Kwara State. The study recommended that bootstrapping, bank loans, government grants and venture capital should be fully utilized for poultry farms to achieve increase in productivity and profitability.
