Abstract : Due to the effects of globalization and technological developments, there are frequent changes in both national and international competition. The policies implemented by businesses are influential in the formation of globalization. Therefore; the production areas of enterprises include not only a single country but also the whole world. Along with the globalization of the activities of the organizations have led to increased competition power on an international level by providing cooperation between enterprises and business associations. The main reasons for the international level of competition reaching the global level are; technological developments allow rapid spread of information. From this point of view, it is seen that technological developments are effective in business structure and marketing activities at national and international level. The purpose of this study is; reveals the impact on the international competitiveness of technological development for Marketing and e-commerce development in terms of comparing Turkey is particularly reveals gained momentum in recent years. In preparing this study; domestic and foreign literature. These sources used in the literature and research section of the study are: books, articles, theses, electronic sources and private and public sector reports published on this subject. In Turkey and in the world of e-commerce application part of the study data and relevant data have been shared and discussed with related technologies. SWOT analysis on e-commerce in Turkey has been put forward in this field strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are described. As a result of the study, it has been concluded that E-commerce is necessary for achieving competitive advantage in all over the world and in our country and it is also essential to benefit from the related technologies in this context.
