Abstract	:	Bu çalışmada; sermaye şirketlerinde, sermaye kaybı, borca batıklık ve teknik iflas kavramları, bu durumların tespiti ve alınabilecek tedbirler üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bağlamda TTK madde 376 ile bu maddenin uygulanmasına ilişkin Tebliğ hükümleri irdelenerek, Tebliğ ile getirilen değişikliklere değinilmeye çalışılmıştır. Halka açık bir şirketin mali tablo analizleri yapılarak, elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda ise şirketin durumuna ilişkin tespitlere yer verilerek, şirketin durumunu iyileştirici tedbir önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.
