Abstract : Successful implementation of the inclusive policies for higher education students heavily rely on educators’ attitude. This paper examined the faculty impacts of this inclusion policy. The general global goal of education is ensuring equality and inclusion. Equality and composition are very crucial in the frames of higher education. This paper examined the literature about the impacts of faculty attitudes and will majorly focus on the impact of perspectives of the educators and trainers in colleges. Further, the paper depicts the core concepts involved in the current approach to ensuring inclusion. This approach is based on the actual references of education laws and regulation that are valid in many countries globally. This research provides evidence of more the impacts of the attitude towards these students with disabilities. However, the paper does not give a piece of clear evidence about acceptance and full inclusion. There exists a vast body of knowledge about attitudes students with disabilities in higher education. This study will give a contribution in literature and will emphasize on the need for a strategic intervention that will facilitate the inclusion of higher education students with inclusion in the entire aspects of life.
