This project followed the formation of developing a strategy for evangelism for Northside Memorial Baptist Church in Sumter, South Carolina. Northside needed a strategy to help change its culture. The strategy centered on 3 E’s—educate, equip, and extend. Chapter 1 detailed the proposal for the ministry project, including assumptions, limits, delimits, and key definitions.
