Abstract	:	The current study reveals how the political, the digital, and the compositional content is related in the author's work Scars . Philosophically, Scars aims to stimulate questions of choice in our highly cultural, pluralistic and interconnected world. The main theme depicts the essence of a young Arabic woman overcoming her grief through realizing the power of her body, ultimately achieving unity between body and soul. One of the most sensitive--and therefore misunderstood--issues prevalent in the Arabic/Islamic culture is the attitude toward the female body.
