The analysis attempted to explore the recent development of T and U Visas as protection for immigrant juveniles who were victims of trafficking and or violent crimes. The policy analysis used special government sections, public agency documents, private-non-profit advocacy group documents and government agency documents to explore the research question. The analysis revealed that the Violence against Women Act, T and U visas has in fact provided protection to immigrant children and women. | Subject | : | Social sciences; Law; Social work; 0398:Law; 0452:Social work | Added Entry | : | R.
