Abstract	:	The purpose of this policy analysis was to analyze the Violence against Women Act of 2000, which called for protective policies and laws for vulnerable and exploited populations. The analysis attempted to explore the recent development of T and U Visas as protection for immigrant juveniles who were victims of trafficking and or violent crimes. The policy analysis used special government sections, public agency documents, private-non-profit advocacy group documents and government agency documents to explore the research question. The analysis revealed that the Violence against Women Act, T and U visas has in fact provided protection to immigrant children and women.
