Abstract	:	In many denominations, the personal well-being of pastors is taken for granted. The assumption is that spiritual people like pastors are expected to be resilient and should also know how to look after themselves. Unfortunately, however, pastors in Malaysia and other parts of the world fail to do attend adequately to personal well-being issues and consequently withdraw from ministry or fail to finish well. The intent of this research project was to describe the relationship between the personal well-being of pastors and longevity and faithfulness in the pastoral ministry in the Trinity Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Malaysia. This study utilized two instruments for data gathering: (1) a questionnaire that assessed the presence of twelve significant factors for longevity and faithfulness in the pastoral ministry, and (2) a semi-structured interview. A positive relationship between personal well-being and longevity and faithfulness in the pastoral ministry was discovered.
