Abstract	:	All students, regardless of race, gender, age, creed or ability are entitled to an education and the opportunity to develop their full potential. This action research project addresses the lack of educational programming options and inclusive practices for Special Education students at a private school in Kuwait. The focus is on developing practical solutions and strategies to improve the delivery of Special Education services throughout the school. The research is conducted within a complex multicultural society that is host to a plethora of conflicting core values and social systems. The researcher employs personal interviews and a focus group to obtain qualitative data, which is used to identify best practices and specific school needs for moving forward with an enhanced program. The research outcomes are intended to affect change within both the internal and external school culture allowing students with special needs to participate more fully in the academic arena.
