Abstract	:	Advances in information technology and telecommunications are resulting in new delivery channels for bank products and services in the developing countries. As banks in developed countries continue to be more advanced and innovative, banks in less developed countries are preparing to employ the electronic banking system. This study was focused on the bank customers' perception of electronic banking services in Anambra State of Nigeria. The study investigated whether the level of education attainment, level of income, years of experience, and cultural belief have influences on perceptions of electronic banking, and subsequently, the utilization of electronic banking services. Disseminating questionnaires to the bank customers in Anambra State of Nigeria collected data for this study. Formulated research questions were tested statistically by employing the regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that only the cultural belief of customers places a significant influence on the customers' perception of electronic banking and utilization. Conclusions were then made regarding the research findings and further studies were suggested for investigating inadequate technologies, electronic fraudulent activities, and ways to promote utilization of electronic banking services in Anambra State in particular and Nigeria as a whole.
