Contents : The present subvolume II/24 C contains the parameters of diamagnetic molecules suited for the prediction of line splittings of rotational transitions caused by other than rotational-vibrational interactions. This includes external-field effects causing the removal of M-degeneracies. In detail, in II/24 C are listed the electric dipole moments (sometimes also static polarizability anisotropies in case the Stark effect was observed up to very high field strengths), the quadrupole coupling constants, the parameters drawn from the analysis of hindered rotation of methyl groups or other internal motions (potential barriers, moments of inertia of atomic groups), and magnetic interaction constants. The latter are meant to include zero-field parameters such as spin-rotation and direct nuclear spin-nuclear spin interaction strengths as well as Zeeman effect parameters.
