Abstract : Fenugreek (<i>Trigonella foenum-graecum</i> L.) and quinoa (<i>Chenopodium quinoa</i> Willd.) are considered as specialty crops because of their multi-purpose uses. These crops have recently attracted attention of researchers and producers worldwide because of their potential for productivity, nutritive value, and economic return. Unfortunately, very limited information is available on agronomic management of these crops especially in Wyoming conditions. Field studies were conducted at Laramie Research and Extension Center, Laramie and James C. Hageman Sustainable Agriculture Research and Extension Center, near Lingle in 2015 and 2016 growing seasons. Objectives of the study were to: 1) evaluate different entries of fenugreek and quinoa and identify the best performing entries for Wyoming conditions; 2) determine the best planting time of fenugreek and quinoa to maximize growth, yield, and quality; and 3) estimate the effects of different doses of N on quinoa growth, yield, and quality.
