Abstract	:	The main purpose of this dissertation is to investigate and test the proposition that corporate culture is a necessary component of financial organization effectiveness and to examine the notion that a positive relationship exists between certain corporate values and financial performance. The study implies that the five organizational values that emerged from the two best-performing banks (generalists) were strategically important for the success of the two institutions. The regression analyses imply a positive relationship between the two generalists' Net Operating Income (NOI) and Innovativeness. Although there is also a positive relationship between Corporate Governance and NOI, it is less significant than the aforementioned corporate value.
