Abstract	:	This thesis will study the International Labour Organization's Declaration on the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work ('ILO Declaration'), which was adopted in 1998 by the International Labour Organization ('ILO'). The thesis will also examine how the Kingdom of Bahrain as a member of the ILO has sought to adopt and implement the ILO Declaration in relation to its Constitution, Islamic Shari'a, and other laws such as its criminal and labour relations laws.
