Abstract : Uncertainty quantification in composite materials and structures has gained immense attention from the research community over the last few decades. This book presents efficient uncertainty quantification schemes following meta-model-based approaches for stochasticity in material and geometric parameters of laminated composite structures. Several meta-models have been studied for this purpose and comparative results are presented for different static and dynamic responses. In addition, results for sensitivity analyses are presented to provide a complete understanding of the relative importance of different material and geometric parameters in global responses of the structure.
