This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 4th International Symposium on Ubiquitous Networking, UNet 2018, held in Hammamet, Morocco, in May 2018. The 35 full papers presented together with 5 short papers in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 87 submissions.
