Abstract	:	A 65-year-old man presented with a slowly enlarging, hyperplastic cutaneous nodule on the abdomen that developed over a period of 20 years. Based on the clinical manifestation and typical histopathology, the patient received a diagnosis of giant basal cell carcinoma.
