Abstract	:	Corticosteroids have been a mainstay of therapy forthe treatment of many inflammatory diseases forwell over 50 years. Cutaneous side effects of localcorticosteroid therapy include striae, thinning of theskin, hypopigmentation, and atrophy, which are wellknowncomplications of this treatment modality.Herein, we present an unusual cutaneous adverseside effect rarely seen in intra-articular corticosteroidinjections.
