Abstract	:	We describe a patient who presented to the emergency department complaining of generalized weakness, dark stools, and urinary retention who was found to have two large abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) compressing his bilateral ureters with associated hydronephrosis and renal insufficiency. In elderly male patients presenting with signs of obstructive uropathy, AAA should be considered as a potential cause.
