"This book is a study that attempts to address the plight of creativity in the Digital Age by offering a new way of looking at intellectual property. It argues that we must recognize the crucial importance of creativity in our technological society, and suggests copyright law should work with free speech principles for the greater goal of creative and cultural development on a global scale.
