In recent years, Supply Chain Management has gained greater attention from academics and managers concerned to improve process efficiencies; and take best advantage of information technology and inter-organizational networks and relationships. This book brings together leading experts to provide a reference point for developments and issues in the area. Steve New is a Lecturer in the Said Business School, Oxford University, and a Fellow of Hertford College. He was previously a lecturer at. the Manchester School of Management, UMIST. He has won the Fellowship of the Operations Management Associ.
